We note with great sadness the passing of founding editor Richard Marceau in the fall of 2016. A tribute to his many contributions to IEEE Canada can be found in the November 2016 issue of the IEEE Canada Newsletter.

We also mourn the loss in 2010 of Théodore Wildi, who likewise did much for the betterment of our organization. For more about his life, please see this Wikipedia entry.
